Candi and I have both been involved in long distance relationships, so last night's show was about the ups, downs and in-betweens of making a relationship work long distance.

When Anthony Catanzaro was 15 he transformed a room in his parents home into a gym. His sister purchased a complete weight set for his 15th birthday. Anthony spent his own money to buy a bench, and the rest.. well that's history.

Anthony got into Male Fitness modeling at the age of 18 and he continues to have a very busy schedule to this day. He has appeared in many tv shows, movies and print ads.

Last night on The Candi & Randy Show, we discussed creative, possibly 'budget' ways to celebrate this coming Valentine's Day. It's not about how much money you spend - it's the thought that goes into it that makes the impact.
